The Villa
The luxurious ‘Villa Rosa’ is tastefully decorated, recently refurbished and has two fabulous terraces with breathtaking sea/mountain views. The villa is located in the lush surroundings of Morinj-village, also known as little Venice of Kotor Bay, because of the numerous springs and streams flowing into the sea all year round.
The first floor of the villa has two bedrooms, newly fitted spacious kitchen/open plan dining area and bathroom. Both the master bedroom and kitchen have adjoining doors leading directly onto large terrace with sea views. The top floor consists of spacious studio lounge with 2 king sized double sofa beds and door leading onto terrace with breathtaking views across Kotor Bay. Garage available offering secure parking, plus further parking space is available in front of villa.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: | Linen and towels are included and changed weekly. Different bath lotions and hairdryer are provided. Please note beach towels are not included. |
