Other information
Coast/beach
The villa is located 4 mins walk from the beach. It is one of the few proper beaches in the bay of Kotor - very small pebbles. Beach bar open from 8am to 2am offering refreshments. Safe environment for children. Great for visiting 'Little Venecia' with magnificent views of old mills, flora and fauna.
Local amenities
Food and basic items can be purchased in the minimarket located next to the post office just 4 minutes walk from the villa.
Minmart is normally open from about 7am in the morning until approx 9pm in the evening.
Restaurants/Bars
Morinj boasts two good restaurants.
The well renowned restaurant 'Castovica milini', set in the grounds of an old mill provides the perfect setting to sample the fantastic local sea food. Highly recommended -
In addition, there is also a small restaurant offering simple traditional grilled items in Morinj adjacent to the minimarket. This is also a fun place to go for a few drinks in the evening.
There is also a new bar which opened in May 2009, open just in the evening, providing alternative venue for an evening tipple.
